Mercedes-Benz S500 Hybrid blug-in

We recently read some engine news and discovered a short article about the latest ideas and new ambitions of the Mercedes-Benz company. We didn't tell you this, but we're a little guilt-ridden and sceptical about the new inventions of these great concerns. Anyway, we decided to take a closer look at a new car Mercedes offers. Are you interested? The German society wants to show us how important for them is the environment which is ironic. Why is that ironic? It all started in Frankfurt, where the company presented its latest baby hybrid. The S-Class is commonly known as a limousine green. It's a combination of a typical luxury car and technological miracle - low fuel consumption and would have been very limited in harmful smoke emissions into the atmosphere. The Mercedes-Benz S500 Plug-In Hybrid was presented to the public at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt. Of course, it generated a lot of discussion and many people keep talking about this brand-new piece of modern Mercedes technology. Now a little bit of all the technical data that has been released so far. The car is driven by a 6-cylinder engine generating more than 330 horsepower and 480 Nm of torque. Personally, I think that as for a hybrid car this result is just great! Not much is known about the electric drive except that its battery is located under the trunk of the floor. The famous automaker assures its customers that the S500 Plug-in Hybrid will be able to drive almost 19 miles on electric drive only. Is it really going to be that big? Time will tell whether it is or not. Thanks to such a perfect solution, this car is supposed to burn only 3l (!) of fuel every 100 km! I would say that this is a very ambitious plan especially for such a big limousine. I only hope that Mercedes, won't disappoint them another time and this car will be as big as people think and say it should be... Anyway, I have my own opinion about this car. Personally, I think that the last few years have been nothing more than esoteric. You may be wondering why I think that? Well, I'll tell you why. 4 years ago, my good friend causes an accident. Yes, it was his fault, but he wrecked a brand-new Mercedes with a... wait... Daewoo Matiz!!!! Can you believe it? A big and would have said to be strong and registered car with many safety improvements was destroyed by a tiny Matiz... It may be even more shocking to you that Matiz has been repaired. Mercedes was destroyed and couldn't be fixed, even the airbags didn't work ... Luckily nobody was hurt in the accident apart from a broken finger of my friend. There are many such opinions, but it is not only about Mercedes-Benz company but also about other cars returns. In the age of globalized consumerism, it is better to drive a 20-year-old car with cheap parts than with an expensive new vehicle that even breaks down often, but you spend much more money on repairs. Of course, if you are a millionaire - it does not concern you?
