Think Electric Cars

Think is a Norwegian company who have three main production cars in the pipeline - these are the Think City, the Think Ox, and the Think Open.

Think started off way back in 1991 with an early pre-cursor of the Th!nk City.  In 1999 Think was essentially bought by Ford and this lasted for four years with Ford backing production and development of the Think City.  By 2006 a group of Norwegian investors had bought into and revived Think and the time now seems right for the company to launch onto the scene.

The Think City electric carThe Think City is Think's flagship electric car - it's small, relatively affordable, and probably in a very good position to become a market leader in this part of the fledgeling electric car market.  It has a funky image and good performance stats, and when it finally arrives in the UK market it should become a real contender.....

Think Ox

Think OxThe Think Ox is actually the base vehicle for a number of variations.  It will be available as a 5-seater family car version, an MPV, and a coupe.  The Think Ox is scheduled for delivery in 2011or 2012 behind the Think City which is the flagship Th!nk electric car in the UK.....

Think Open

Think Open Electric CarThe Think Open is essentially an open-top version of the Think City.  Unlike most open top cars, with the Th!nk Open, you can actually hear everything going on around you rather than listening to your petrol engine polluting the environment!  Still a concept car at the moment but watch this space......
